LNY Night Market Sign-Ups are OPEN!
The sign-up sheet has been created for the Lunar New Year Night Market for PTA volunteers, classes/cohorts who wish to sponsor a booth, and those who’d like to put on/organize a performance during LNY Night Market. In addition, an interest sheet for Field Alumni Student Volunteers has been generated.

Volunteer Opportunity - PTA Board Nominations Committee
At the close of the 2025-2026 school year, a few Board members will be stepping down or concluding their two-year terms. Please consider joining the PTA Nominations Committee to help your PTA leadership identify potential candidates to fill upcoming vacant positions!
Any PTA member can join the PTA NomCom. By joining, you do not yourself become a PTA Board member. Your role is limited to helping PTA identify candidates for upcoming vacant positions, which will be filled during our elections.

LNY Night Market Pre-Orders are LIVE!
Night Market Bucks (the currency for playing games and making crafts) and refreshments from a few of our vendors are now available for pre-order in the shop! More pre-orders will be added as additional vendors finalize their menu items and pricing for our event.
Night Market Bucks can also be purchased on the day-of, but all transactions will still take place through the PTA shop online. No cash will be accepted.
A LIMITED quantity of refreshments will be available for purchase on the day of LNY Night Market as well. However, once we sell out, that’s it! To ensure you get your items of choice, we highly encourage you to pre-order before the event.

PTA Association Meeting #3 of 4 (Remote) - Thurs 1/29 - 8PM
Please join your PTA board at our next association meeting for updates from your board members, to learn about prior and upcoming events, and to have your voice heard! We welcome all members to keep apprised of PTA-related affairs and look forward to seeing you at this virtual meeting.
The Google Meet link will be provided in the Field Flash as the meeting gets closer.
LNY Night Market Planning Meeting - 5 out of 6 - Wed 1/21 - 8PM
LNY Night Market is quickly approaching! Please consider joining the LNY Night Market Planning Committee by attending a planning meeting. Any and all help is welcome as we gear up for our next big celebration!
If you haven’t attended any prior planning meetings, no problem! We keep detailed notes of what is discussed at each meeting and there is always room for insight, help, and division of responsibility.
The Google Meet link has been included in this week’s Field Flash, which will go out Tuesday 1/20 at 9am.
Restaurant Night - Islands - Wed 1/21
Please join us for our next Restaurant Night at Islands Pasadena, located at 3533 East Foothill Blvd. From 4:00pm until the restaurant closes at 9:00pm on the date of our fundraiser, PTA will receive 20% of all purchases made with THIS FLYER!
Restaurant is a great and easy way to support PTA! You get to enjoy yummy food and don’t have to do dishes while knowing you’re providing PTA financial support as we continue to support our students and families by helping to bridge the gap between district funding and our needs!
